Campaign terms and conditions

1. ORGANIZER

The campaign is organized by C&C EE OÜ, registered address Tallinn, Tartu mnt 80, registration code 10390835 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2. CAMPAIGN NAME


“New iPhone with 0% interest. 0% interest, €0 down payment, €0 contract fee.”

3. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

03 – 30 January 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign Period”).

• 4. CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  4.1. During the campaign, private customers have the opportunity to purchase a new iPhone with an interest-free installment plan from the Valge Klaar store or the online store during the Campaign Period.

  4.2. The campaign applies to all iPhone models purchased during the Campaign Period and to items in stock.


  4.3. The maximum installment plan period with the special interest rate is up to 24 months.

  4.4. The campaign does not apply in conjunction with ISIC/ITIC cards or other partner discounts. The campaign is valid only for private customers.

  4.6. The installment plan provider is Inbank Finance AS. To learn the exact monthly payment, review the installment plan terms and submit an application

  4.7. The credit provider is Inbank Finance AS (license no. 4.1-1/31, address Niine 11, Tallinn, phone +372 640 8080). Before signing the agreement, carefully review the terms and conditions of the proposed contract and consult with a representative of Inbank Finance AS or another expert if necessary. 


• 5. OTHER CONDITIONS

  5.1. By participating in the campaign, the participant acknowledges that the Organizer will process their personal data in accordance with the general principles of personal data processing by C&C EE OÜ (read more at https://www.valgeklaar.ee/privaatsuspohimotted). By providing their personal data to the Organizer for the purposes of the campaign, the participant gives consent for their data to be processed for campaign-related communication.

  5.2. All disputes arising from the campaign will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

  5.3. All complaints regarding the organization of the campaign must be submitted in writing, marked “iPhone 0% Interest Campaign,” no later than 15 February 2025 to the email address klienditugi@valgeklaar.ee
