Established in 2011, Klaar OÜ is Apple's authorised Estonian partner and manages an Apple sales, service and training centre under the Valge Klaar trademark.

„The flagship store of Valge Klaar was opened in February 2012 in central Tallinn at Tartu mnt 50a. It offers the entire Apple product range but also repair and warranty services. In addition to sales consultants, the salon also employs Apple-certified service technicians and trainers, which makes it one of the largest Apple service centres in the Baltic States.

In 2016, Valge Klaar's flagship store at Tartu mnt 50a in Tallinn was awarded the title of Apple's Premium Service Provider in Estonia. The Premium Service Provider title was handed out for the first time in Estonia and it is used to acknowledge the highest level of follow-up service for Apple Products. In 2020 Valge Klaar OÜ merged with IM Arvutid AS. A new company was etablished - iDeal Group AS.

On February 29, 2024, iDeal Group AS joined the C&C family of Europe's largest Apple Premium Partner, and on September 26, 2024, the company's legal name changed to C&C EE OÜ.
