1.1 These general terms and conditions and ordering terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Conditions) of C&C EE OÜ (formerly iDeal Group AS) (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) are valid for all parties (hereinafter referred to as the Purchaser) who use the e-shop at www.valgeklaar.ee (hereinafter referred to as the e-shop), order goods and services (hereinafter referred to as the Goods) in the e-shop by entering into a contract of purchase and sale (hereinafter referred to as the Sales Contract) in order to purchase Goods in the e-shop.
By accepting these Conditions, the Purchaser confirms that they have read the terms of the Sales Contract, agree to them and will follow them.
2.1 It is possible to purchase those Goods in the e-shop that have an ‘Add to the cart’ link. The price and the availability of the Goods may change at any time and without prior notice. If the Purchaser has placed their order before the price of the Goods changes, the price valid at the time of the order will apply.
2.2. The Seller has the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract entered into via the e-shop and not to deliver the Goods or Service ordered under the following circumstances: The Goods are out of stock, the Goods have an ‘On order’ status in the e-shop (the Goods are out of stock) or the price or qualities of the Goods have been displayed in the e-shop incorrectly due a system error.
2.3. Shopping cart and order placement You may change the quantity of the Goods in your shopping cart. In the shopping cart, you can also select products and services that complement the Goods you have chosen. To order Goods, you must choose a suitable delivery method. More information on the delivery option will be asked later on the ‘Placement of Orders’ page. Please read the purchasing terms and conditions of the e-shop and if you agree to them, please confirm this by ticking a box in front of the terms and conditions.
In order to confirm an order, the Purchaser must click ‘Vormista tellimus’ (Place order) which directs the Purchaser to the payment method page where a suitable payment method must be selected. The Purchaser can also change the payment method in the final stage of ordering. The Purchaser must enter their details and there is an option to register as Valge Klaar’s loyal customer. In the next step, the Purchaser can choose the delivery method and click on the ‘Edasi’ (Continue) button. They are then presented with the final choice of payment method required to confirm their order and complete the purchase. The Purchaser can choose the payment method and pay for their purchase. Purchasers should be very careful when placing an order, as correct details are very critical for quick and uninterrupted delivery of the products ordered.
A Sales Contract is deemed as entered into from the receipt of the amount payable according to the confirmation of the order to the bank account of C&C EE OÜ (formerly iDeal Group AS) or after the hire-purchaser contract has been signed. The Seller does not process orders that have not been paid for.
2.4. Payment for the Goods
It is possible to pay for the Goods via Internet bank (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV Bank via bank links). You can select InBank or Telia hire-purchase by clicking on the ‘Maksa järelmaksuga’ (Pay by hire-purchase) button on the order confirmation page and by following the instructions displayed. Goods can be purchased in the e-shop in instalments, if the monthly instalment calculated based on the price of the order is at least €10.
Purchasers can pay with a gift card or a credit card by clicking on the corresponding payment method and by following the instructions displayed.
After the payment, the e-shop will send the Purchaser an Order Confirmation and an invoice.
All personal data disclosed in the course of visiting the Valge Klaar e-shop and making purchases are treated as confidential information. The encrypted data communications line with the banks ensures the security of the personal data and bank account information of the Purchaser. The representatives of C&C EE OÜ (formerly iDeal Group AS) do not have access to encrypted data.
2.5. Goods delivery and handover
The Goods will be delivered to the delivery address entered by the Purchaser in their order. The Purchaser will be notified of the delivery by using the contact data indicated upon the placement of the order. The ordered Goods will be transported in accordance with the transport terms and conditions in force at the time the order is placed.
When placing an order, the Purchaser must ensure that the contact details provided are correct in order to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of the Goods. C&C EE OÜ (formerly iDeal Group AS) and the courier company do not assume any liability for the delayed delivery of Goods and any misunderstandings if these have been caused by the inaccuracy of the data that the Purchaser submitted when placing the order.
The Goods will be transferred only to the Purchaser and against a delivery bill. Before signing the delivery bill, please carefully check the packaging of the Goods and if the packaging has been damaged, leave a comment on the delivery bill. If the packaging has been damaged, the Purchaser may refuse to accept the delivery and/or immediately inform Valge Klaar customer service thereof by sending a notice to klienditugi@valgeklaar.ee.
The Goods will be transferred to a third person, if they have a letter of authorisation (including in the event that the Purchaser has indicated a third person in their order as the recipient). The Seller may authorise third persons (including a courier service) to deliver the Goods.
If the Purchaser fails to collect the Goods within 14 (fourteen) days of the agreed date of the collection of the Goods, it will be deemed that the Purchaser has violated the Sales Contract and they do not wish to receive the Goods. The Seller has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the Sales Contract and to request compensation for the damage (e.g. costs of Goods storage) and to settle the damage incurred by the amount of money prepaid by the Purchaser.
2.5.1 The maximum delivery time is 30 days, depending on product availability, unless stated otherwise. Courier and postal services are provided by Smartpost and Omniva.
2.6 Right of withdrawal
This withdrawal procedure does not apply in the case of withdrawal from a consumer credit contract. The procedure for withdrawal from a consumer credit contract is laid down in the said contract.
2.6.1 The Purchaser has the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract entered into in the e-shop within 14 days without providing a reason. 2.6.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the entry into the Sales Contract or as of the day the Purchaser or their representative has physically received the Goods. 2.6.3 In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Purchaser must notify the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the Sales Contract in writing and deliver it to the Seller’s shop or forward it via e-mail.

2.6.4 Absence of right of withdrawal
The Purchaser has no right to withdraw from the Sales Contract if:
a. the Goods were delivered in sealed packaging and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and were opened immediately after the Purchaser received them (headphones, health products, etc.);
b. the Goods in question are an audio or video recording or computer software in a sealed package; or
c. the subject of the Sales Contract is a gift card and its unique code has already been used.
2.6.5 Withdrawal from Sales Contract
a. Upon withdrawal from a Sales Contract, C&C EE OÜ (formerly iDeal Group AS) will immediately reimburse all received contractual payments, including delivery costs (apart from additional costs arising from the Purchaser’s preferred delivery method which differ from the cheapest and most common method offered by C&C EE OÜ (formerly iDeal Group AS)), but no later than 14 days after the day on which the Seller learned of the Purchaser’s decision to withdraw from the Sales Contract.
b. C&C EE OÜ (formerly iDeal Group AS) will refund the aforementioned sums using the same method that the Purchaser used to make the payment, unless the Purchaser proposes an alternative method. There is no service charge or other cost to the Purchaser in the case of refunds of such payments.
c. The Purchaser must return the Goods to C&C EE OÜ (formerly iDeal Group AS) without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days from the day they notified C&C EE OÜ (formerly iDeal Group AS) of their withdrawal from the Sales Contract. The Goods can be returned to the Valge Klaar shop. The time limit will be deemed to have been observed if the Purchaser returns the Goods which are the subject of the Sales Contract before the expiry of the 14-day time limit.
d. The Seller has the right to refuse to make the refund until the Goods being returned are received or until the Purchaser has provided proof of returning the Goods, whichever occurs first.
e. If the Purchaser wishes to avoid paying for the diminution in value of the Goods, the Goods must be used and tried as they would be in a normal shop and the Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition (including all items in the product packaging and any gifts related to the Sales Contract). If the Purchaser uses the Goods more than is necessary to ascertain the nature and functioning of the Goods or does not return the Goods in their original packaging and in their original condition, the Purchaser will be liable for any diminution in the value of the Goods.
f. The Purchaser must cover any direct costs arising from returning the Goods.
g. In the case of any deterioration of the Goods subject to return, the Purchaser is only liable for the diminished value of the Goods if the Purchaser used the Goods in a manner other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods. In order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods, the Purchaser should only handle and use the Goods in the same manner as they would customarily be allowed to do in a shop.
h. C&C EE OÜ (formerly iDeal Group AS) has the right to submit claims arising from the decrease in the value of the Goods against the Purchaser within one month of receiving the returned Goods.
i. If the Purchaser has used or tried the Goods to be returned in a way other than what would normally be allowed in a shop, or has used the Goods more than is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and performance, the Purchaser will be liable for any diminution in the value of the Goods and the Seller is entitled to deduct such amount from the purchase price to be returned. If the Purchaser does not agree with the decrease in value indicated by the Seller, they have the right to consult an independent expert to establish the decrease in value. The expenses of the independent expert will be paid by the party whose opinion is not substantiated. If identifying this party proves impossible, the costs related to the expert assessment will be divided in half between the Purchaser and the Seller.
2.7 Cancellation of the Sales Contract
The Purchaser has the right to cancel their order without any extra costs after having paid for it, but before the delivery of the Goods. In order to cancel the Sales Contract/Order, the Purchaser must send a corresponding notice and the number of the Sales Contract by e-mail to klienditugi@valgeklaar.ee. In the event of the cancellation of the Sales Contract, the Purchaser is sent a confirmation.
2.8 The Valge Klaar shop accepts environmentally hazardous expendables free of charge, such as batteries and accumulators necessary for the operation of the devices sold by the Seller. Large electronic waste should be taken to a suitable waste collection facility. Please find the locations of collection points here.
3.1 The Seller ensures that the Purchaser’s data, including their personal data, are protected and used according to the Privacy Policy. The Purchaser confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy. Subject to applicable legislation and the provisions of the Privacy Policy, the Purchaser will have the right to process data (including personal data) without the consent of the Purchaser to the extent necessary for the operation of the e-shop, the performance of the Sales Contract or for ensuring the performance of the Sales Contract. Arising from the foregoing, the Seller has among others the right, without separate consent, to: send the Purchaser notices related to the use of the services in the e-shop, including such notices that are in the interests of the security of the e-shop users; to store the data on the orders of the Purchasers who have logged in for the purpose of their better service and the verification of transactions, including, within reasonable time limits, the data on the orders that the Purchaser did not place during a session.
3.2 If the Purchaser has granted their consent for the use of their data for marketing purposes either by the entry into a Customer Contract or by any other declaration of intention (e.g. in self-service) that confirms their consent, the Seller will use these data subject to the terms and purposes set forth in the Privacy Policy, including for sending personal direct marketing, campaign and discount offers for goods and services to the Purchaser electronically (e.g. by e-mail or text messages).
3.3 The Purchaser is entitled to withdraw their consent for the use of their data for marketing purposes at any time by sending a corresponding e-mail to the Seller, or to decline further direct marketing offers by following the instructions in a direct marketing offer sent to their e-mail address.
4.1 The Customer is entitled to file complaints to the Seller with regard to non-conforming (defective) goods over a period of two (2) years from the date of their delivery. A complaint has to be filed immediately but no later than within two (2) months from the detection of the defect. After the detection of the defect, the Purchaser has to take all reasonable measures for the preservation and protection of the Goods, including not to use the defective Goods if this would further deteriorate the condition of the Goods.
4.2 If the Goods do not conform to the terms of the contract, the Purchaser may exercise all legal remedies, including to request the repair or replacement of the Goods or to withdraw from the Sales Contract and to return the non-conforming Goods.
4.3 C&C EE OÜ (formerly iDeal Group AS) is not liable for: the deterioration of/damage to the goods by the fault of the Purchaser, for the defects caused by the irregular use of the Goods and for the normal wear and tear resulting from the regular use of the Goods.
4.4 If the Seller or the manufacturer has granted warranty against defects to the Goods, the warranty terms and conditions in written form will be delivered to the Purchaser along with the Goods and/or will be made electronically available in the e-shop.
4.5 The Purchaser has to keep the purchase documents (invoice, contract, etc.) that verify the purchase of the Goods from the Seller’s e-shop for the resolution of possible later problems. The Seller/customer service assistant has the right to not resolve the problem, if a purchase document is missing.
4.6 Complaints regarding Goods purchased from the e-shop can be submitted to C&C EE OÜ (formerly iDeal Group AS) e-shop located at Tartu mnt 80, 10112 Tallinn, Estonia via e-mail addressklienditugi@valgeklaar.ee. Complaints are also accepted at the Valge Klaar shop, located at Tartu mnt. 50a, Tallinn, 10115.
4.7 The defective Goods have to be presented with a complaint. The Seller and the Purchaser will enter into a device service and repair contract, if the Goods need to be sent to a diagnostics centre or to experts for the identification of the nature and cause of the defect.
4.8 Defects of the Goods will be resolved according to C&C EE OÜ (formerly iDeal Group AS)’ terms and conditions of filing complaints, which form an integral part of the Sales Contract and these purchase terms and conditions, and which the Purchaser has accepted before the entry into the Sales Contract.
4.9 The Seller will ensure that the Goods sold in the e-shop conform to the standards effective in the European Union. The circumstances highlighted in these standards will not be deemed as defects of the Goods.

4.11. The Purchaser has the right to contact the competent supervisory authority, which is the national Consumer Protection Board at Pronksi 12, 10117 Tallinn, e-mail info@tarbijakaitseamet.ee The Purchaser may refer the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is authorised to resolve disputes arising from the contracts entered into between the Purchaser and the Seller that the parties have failed to settle by way of negotiations. 5.1 Product images are for illustrative purposes.
5.2 The prices and availability of the Goods may change without advance notice. In connection with the former, C&C EE OÜ (formerly iDeal Group AS) reserves the right to cancel the sales transaction and to refund the money to the Purchaser within reasonable time to their bank account.
5.3 The Valge Klaar e-shop reserves the right to cancel the sales transaction, if one of the following Goods-related problems has occurred: human error in entering the price or technical error in the system (e.g. if a laptop worth €1000 is sold for €10, this is an obvious error. And therefore we assume that the Customer would understand that this is an error and the product will not be sold at that price).
5.4 The availability of products with the status "To be ordered" means that the product is not in stock at the Valge Klaar warehouse. The delivery time is from 1-3 working days for products that are available only in the central warehouse and 1-8 weeks for products that are not in stock in any Valge Klaar storage facility and must be ordered from the manufacturer. If necessary, it is possible to contact our customer support before purchase for additional information about a specific product.
5.5 Product information is verified and updated on a regular basis. The data may have been updated after the Purchaser’s last visit. As manufacturer’s data sheets can be incomplete, the product information at Valge Klaar e-shop might be inaccurate. In this event, Valge Klaar e-shop does not assume any liability for the correctness of the product data. However, we recommend that the Purchaser check the accuracy of product information before purchasing by calling Valge Klaar customer service department at +372 618 0099.
5.6 The only accepted currency is the euro.
6.1 These Seller’s e-shop terms and conditions are valid as of 26 September 2024.
