1. ORGANIZER
The campaign is organized by C&C EE OÜ, registered address: Tallinn, Tartu mnt 80, registration code 10390835 (hereinafter: Organizer).
2. CAMPAIGN NAME
“Apple devices with zero costs. 0% interest, €0 down payment, €0 contract fee. Plus, a gift voucher with every purchase of a Mac, iPhone, or iPad.”
3. CAMPAIGN PERIOD
06.12.2024 - 02.01.2025 (hereinafter: "campaign period").

4.1. During the campaign, customers can purchase a new MacBook Air and Apple Watch from the Vlage Klaar store or the online shop with 0% interest installment plans, as well as AirPods with the “Pay in 3 equal installments” plan.
4.2. The campaign applies to all MacBook Air, Apple Watch, and AirPods models paid for during the campaign period.
4.3. The installment period for MacBook Air with the special interest rate is up to 24 months, and for Apple Watch, up to 6 months.
4.4. AirPods models can be purchased with the “Pay in 3 equal installments” plan, which allows the customer to pay for the product in three equal interest-free installments. Learn more here
4.5. The campaign cannot be combined with ISIC/ITIC cards or other partner-specific discounts. Campaign can’t be combined with trade-in campaign
4.6. The installment plan provider is Inbank Finance AS. To find out the exact monthly payment, review the installment plan terms and submit an application.
4.7. The credit provider is Inbank Finance AS (license no. 4.1-1/31, address: Niine 11, Tallinn, tel. 640 8080). Before signing the agreement, carefully review the terms of the proposed contract and, if necessary, consult an employee of Inbank Finance AS or another specialist.

5.1. The participant confirms that by participating in the campaign, they are aware that the Organizer processes their personal data in accordance with the general principles of personal data processing of C&C EE OÜ (read more: https://www.valgeklaar.ee/privaatsuspohimotted). By providing their personal data to the Organizer in the context of the campaign, the participant grants the Organizer consent to process their data for the purpose of sending campaign-related information.
5.2. Any disputes arising from the campaign will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
5.3. Any complaints regarding the organization of the campaign must be submitted in writing with the note Valge Klaar Christmas Campaign” no later than 15.01.2025 to the email klienditugi@valgeklaar.ee
